ACBL gets under way tonight with L.V. Catz visiting Quakertown The Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League begins its 45 t h season at 7 tonight when the Lehigh Valley Catz visit the Quakertown Blazers and while plenty of things have changed since the league began in the 1960s, it remains the place to be to catch many of baseball’s future stars.
